Accept Cancellation Policy

Book Online:10% of the service fee is required.

By phone or Walk in: $10 deposit is required.

No show/Late Arrival Policy:

Clients can cancel or reschedule an appointment 12 hours before the scheduled time without charge. The deposit will be not be refunded otherwise.

If an appointment is cancelled or rescheduled less than 3 hours notice or no show, the client will be charged at the full rate of the service booked.

Clients are asked to arrive to your appointment before the scheduled hour.
If you are late for your appointment, you will only receive the service for whatever is remaining.
